Refund policy

Returns:

1 In case the item received is the wrong color or not the correct one:
Jaalo will bear the cost of collecting the wrong item and the shipping of the correct one. 


1.1 If the product is not available anymore:
Jaalo will reimburse the cost of the item and its shipping (if included in the invoice) and will include a 10% discount code on the next order.
(this discount will not apply to items already discounted)

2 In case of faulty or damaged products:
Jaalo will reimburse the cost of the item and its shipping (if included in the invoice) and will include a 10% discount code on the next order.
(this discount will not apply to items already discounted).
We must be notified within 6 days from the delivery occurred to guarantee the reimburse of the cost of the item and its shipping.
The reimbursement will take place as soon as the faulty item is received at our premises with its original packaging.

2.1 If the shipment package is obviously damaged upon delivery, report the fact via email by attaching photographs of the package within 6 days of delivery.

3 In case the client has ordered the wrong color or item:
the client can return the item with its original packaging at our premises at his own expenses in order to receive a voucher of the value of the returned item which can be spent exclusively at Jaalo.eu shop.
